It should feel firm and snug, but you should always be able to breathe comfortably. If breathing feels restricted, size up. Never wear a waist trainer to the point of pain.

Yes — we have a dedicated Post-Surgical collection. Always consult your surgeon first to confirm when compression garments are appropriate for your recovery stage.

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or use a delicate machine cycle in a mesh bag. Lay flat to dry — never tumble dry. Avoid bleach and direct ironing on the fabric.

Our garments come in Medium, High, and Ultra compression. Medium is great for everyday wear; High is ideal for waist training; Ultra is designed for post-surgical recovery.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.
